Lily-Livered

"Lily-Livered" is centered around an unnamed narrator with liver disease. He is stuck in a bus station, waiting for his ride to Duluth, when a stranger takes a seat next to him and engages him in a conversation that would ultimately change his perspective on his life and his illness. "Lily-Livered" was published in the 2019 edition of the Harbinger Journal of Student Art and Literature.

Predestination

"Predestination" is a short story that focuses on a gas station attendant in a surreal, unknown location. When a couple rolls into the dissipated place, it is evident that things are not always as they seem.
